Returns

An after hours drop box is accessible from the parking lot near the back door.  Items may also be returned at any of the other TdS library.

Renewal

There are several means of renewing items.  You can call the library, go online, or inquire at the library.

During library hours you can call 359-8331 and renew by phone.  Please have your library card number handy as library staff will ask for the number below the card's barcode.

To renew items online, start from the library's homepage.  Click on the Catalog link, select 'My Account' from the menu on the lower part of the green banner.  Select 'Renew My Materials' and enter your User ID (library card number) and password (usually your last name--check with library staff if you have questions) to see your due dates and renew items borrowed from nearby libraries (the Traverse des Sioux Library System).  Items borrowed from other parts of the state or out-of-state can only be renewed if the loaning library permits and requires that you call us to request a renewal.

Renewal will not be granted if other patrons have placed a hold on the item, or if the item has already been renewed (see table above).

An automatic block is placed on library cards with more than five overdue items or when a balance of $3.00 or more accrues.

Lost or Damaged Materials

The replacement fine and a processing fee for lost or damaged materials will be charged to the borrowing patron.
